Pricing FAQ

Common questions about plans, credits, and billing.

1

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you want. Access stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

2

What happens to unused credits at the end of the period?

Credits reset on renewal. They do not roll over into the next period, so it is worth running the image to STL jobs you've planned before your renewal date.

3

Can I use my image to STL files commercially?

Yes on the Pro and Max plans. Both tiers include full commercial rights.

4

What if my conversion is not sharp enough?

Try a clearer photo with even lighting and a clean background, or upload 2 to 4 angles of the same subject so multi-view image to STL can fill in the back and sides.

5

How are credits charged per conversion?

Each image to STL job lists its credit cost in the form before you run it. Single-image jobs cost less than multi-view jobs, and adding color texture adds a few credits on top of the base cost.

6

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with an image to STL job or your subscription, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; credits and access remain active until then.

Still deciding?

Try a single image to STL job first. Decide on a plan once you know it works for your project.
